Diane Levy, MS LCPC

Diane Levy, MS LCPC has experience working with adults, adolescents, and children with histories of domestic violence, trauma and adverse childhood experiences. She has worked with individuals, groups, families, and couples empowering them by providing therapy in a non-judgmental, respectful, client-centered manner. Diane works with parents and children jointly to cultivate and strengthen a nurturing parent-child relationship and a healthy environment for their children. When working with adolescents, Diane helps increase self-esteem and create positive experiences.

Diane also provides divorce mediation and collaborative divorce coaching helping couples learn respectful listening and gain perspective on the other's point of view. When children are involved she will work jointly with all parties to gain helpful information about each person's goals and beliefs to create a supportive environment in which to meet the children's needs. Diane has championed awareness of domestic violence throughout the community. She works closely with area Colleges and has been an executive member of the Northwest Suburban Alliance on Domestic Violence for the last 7 years.

Through listening and providing support Diane creates a safe space where clients can feel comfortable in making changes to empower their lives and create a life in which they thrive.
